On Sunday 15th May I will be swimming one mile in Salford Quays as part of the British Gas Great Swims. So, if you would like to sponsor me, it would be much appreciated! I am hoping to do it in 30 minutes so please be generous as this will help me through the cold, dark water that bit faster!
