I will be celebrating my 40th birthday this year. Sadly it is is the second birthday I will have to mark without my beautiful big girl Jessica who was born with half a working heart and who died in April 2018 aged six and a half.

I don't want any presents for my birthday this year. There is nothing I need and only the only thing I want is the one thing that no-one can give. I would love it if my friends and family would donate to Little Hearts Matter instead in memory of my beautiful brave Jessica.

Little Hearts Matter are a wonderful charity supporting children born with single ventricle heart conditions, and their families. They were a fantastic source of information and support to us throughout Jessica's life and continue to provide support to us as a bereaved heart family.
