Story

Im doing 100 squats a day (or poss a few star jumps as well) throughout November to raise money for brain tumour research because there should be more money spent developing better treatments. My son Matthew has a brain tumour, and he's doing well, but there is no cure, we just have to hope the proton bean therapy, which is the only "treatment" available to him, other than surgery has worked and the emerging side effects asbhe gets older are manageable. And his friend from treatment didnt make it to his 5th birthday, which still breaks my heart, and we will never forget Zach. So, please support me in any way you can...or join in! Its simple - you just squat or star jump your way through November! Choose if you'd prefer to do star jumps or squats and complete the challenge however is best for you. The challenge can be completed wherever you like and you can take part by yourself, or as part of a group with family, friends and colleagues or even with your gym class - the choice is yours! Join our challenge to complete 100 Squats or Star Jumps a day in November to help raise vital funds in the fight against this devastating disease.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
