Help & Care is a registered charity that supports people and communities to live the lives thy choose. They are there to provide you with information , advice and support that will enable you to take control of your life, make decisions and support that is right for you, they are an organisation that promotes dignity and independence for all people, particularly those in later life.

I am also helping to raise money to support the friends of the practice in buying new equipment we need in the surgery. They also offer a befriending / bereavement support as well as transport for our patients allowing them to get to and from hospital and doctor's appointments.
