The Dog and Cat shelter are such a fantastic charity to support, Every penny you donate will help the lovely animals they look after - everything from cats and dogs to donkeys!

Also this is going to be a painful one for me - I haven't been able to train much because of injury, so get the violins out - and dig deep... It might just give me motivation when my legs have turned to jelly on John Reid Road!!
