Resolution Run Belfast 2019 · 24 February 2019 ·

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and welcome.

As a lot of you know my 2 year old son Parker is a multiple Stroke Survivor and has came through so much since birth. Parker is permanently brain damaged in multiple areas of his brain due to the strokes and also has a number of conditions that will affect him for the rest of his life.. I have decided to take part in the Resolution Run on Sunday 24th Feb 2019 to raise vital funds for the Stroke Association as they have been amazing with us as a family. Most recently Parker was recognised at the Belfast Life After Stroke Awards which took place at Belfast Harbour Commissioners Office on Tuesday 11th December 2018 where he was nominated for the Children’ and Young People Courage Award and was the youngest nominee at the event (Parker’s award is what we are holding in our picture).

Please help us to support this amazing charity and to raise funds for Stroke Survivors just like my Parker.

Thank you :)
