As alot of you are aware I lost my dad suddenly in June last year and want to help British Heart Foundation raise money to assist with their research so other families do not have to go through the shock and pain that our family and friends experienced.

So rather than signing up for the usual we thought this would challenge us and our nerves - we may regret it but hope it will be an exhilarating experience and want to do it again.
