Last year St. John’s Hospice in Moggerhanger looked after our dear friend Carol. We are walking her favourite 5k route to remember her and all those we’ve loved and lost. We hope to raise some all important funds to support this wonderful place.

We take the time to understand whats important to people andgive them choice and control over their care. For some this may mean specialist care in one of our centres, whilst others might need support in their own home.
