At Lakeside YMCA, we have a unique approach to facilitating the learning and development of young people and you can now help us, and them, on the journey. Our new building work is underway, we’ve raised £6.3million of our £6.8 million target to create a 265-bed state of the art facility on the southern shores of Lake Windermere. One million children and young people have had the opportunity to take part in a ‘Lakeside experience’ since the centre first opened its doors in the1950s.
