Earlier this year I signed up to cycle from Leicester to Skegness in aid of LOROS, a wonderful charity providing care and support for terminally ill patients and their families. 

Unfortunately the event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19. In its place LOROS has set a 'go the distance' challenge that can be completed as an individual, so on 20th September I will be cycling 100 miles from Leicester to Newmarket.

Any donation, however small, would be much appreciated; like many charities, LOROS has been severely impacted by Covid, so please support them by sponsoring me.

I will be cycling with Mark, who sadly lost his wife Gillian last year.  I met this lovely couple on my first foray into amateur dramatics in a farce called "See how they run", which has provided us with our team name.
