Story

St. Basils helps young people like us (between the ages of 16 and 25) who may not have as strong a network as we do to get on in life.  Without St. Basil's support some of these young people may end up homeless and have to sleep on the streets.  We are going to sleep just one night outside in Birmingham in order to raise money to support this charity.   Not only does St. Basil's help with accommodation for young people, it helps support in a whole load of other ways to get people on their feet and into an independent way of living.

£5 per day is what it costs to keep 1 young person housed

£30 pays for a new set of clothes for a young person to be ready for a job interview

£50 pays for household essentials for a young person when they enter their accommodation

If you feel you can donate, any amount will help.  If five people can donate £1 each, then together you will help keep 1 person off the street for a day.

Thank you for any support you may be able to give.   We and St. Basils are enormously appreciative.
