As you all know, I hate exercise especially running. Apparently exercise is good for you?!  I'm also on a weight loss journey having lost 2.5 stone so far but on a mission to lose 4 stone by the year end.  So when one of my networking colleagues suggested that I could run 10K but when and however I wanted to I thought that seems achievable.  So I've decided to do 2 park runs.  Not done park runs before but am looking forward to giving it a go alongside my lovely marathon, triathlon loving hubby Keith.  I'd really like to raise some money for this charity and if you could donate a few pounds to help me lose some lbs that would be blooming marvellous!
