Story
I'm walking 60 miles in June to transform the future of pancreatic cancer. 👟 Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer. Half of people die within three months of diagnosis.
My brother Andrew was ‘fortunate’ in that he had 11 months, but with gruelling rounds of chemo and medication. Andrew died in June last year, and we miss him every day.
This is such a brutal disease and decades of underfunding mean we still don’t have the tests and treatments to tackle this disease. People with pancreatic cancer have been overlooked and ignored for far too long.
Pancreatic Cancer UK goes above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. That’s why I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK. Your donations will bring more breakthroughs through research, more change through campaigning, and more support through our expert nurses. Together, we can bring more than hope to people affected by pancreatic cancer. 💜
