Last August we were strangers who'd all had the same the same idea to canoe across Scotland from Fort William to Inverness. 100 km later we left as friends.

This year we're getting the band back together for something even more epic. In July we will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle 45 miles around Cheddar Gorge, in a race against the sun.

All the money we raise is for the children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.
