This year Lucy would have been celebrating her 40th birthday. Sadly we now have to mark it without her. Every birthday without those you love is especially hard, but keeping the memory going is of much comfort, whilst doing good for others. In her name, we have decided to take on the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge - climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan - in 24 hours.

Lucy will very much be with us on this challenge. She had the kindest caring heart and took great joy in helping others. We kindly ask for you to please support us to raise money for vital funds that will help Signposted Cymru to provide ongoing support and services to anyone that is struggling with their mental health.


Signposted Cymru provides immediate intervention and support for anyone struggling with their mental health. We feel strongly that the service they provide is much needed, not just within the community but throughout the whole of Wales.
