Age Connects North Wales Central (ACNWC) is a Registered Charity (No. 1154403, governed by a Board of eight Trustees. Having now been established for almost 19 years, we are the leading voluntary organisation solely of/for older people in Conwy County Borough and Denbighshire.

We exist to provide a range of services for, and to uphold the interests of, older people (aged 50+) within the two counties. The main activities currently undertaken include: Information and Advice; Advocacy; IT Tuition Service, Financial Advocacy/Welfare Benefits; Older People’s Forums (11 in total) and Handyperson service.
