2 years after abseiling with Kyle off the Falkirk wheel after separating from my husband, I feel stronger and am pushing boundaries for self achievements  this is one on the bucket list and an adrenaline challenge!

Each year, Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland need to raise over £1million to run their vital family support services. The Scotland-wide services are available, for free, to over 4,000 children, young people and adults through a helpline, workshops, individual and family support, home and hospital visits, youth clubs, health check clinics, one to one key workers and respite.
