The Cornerstones Foundation are a Liverpool based charity who provide a range of customised, specialised and intensive interventions to children and young people in care.

They support and maximise education attainment and support young people to develop a career pathway (in conjunction with the most appropriate public and private sector organisation), enabling successful transition to full-time and permanent employment.
