Team: Leigh town Sunday Reserves

Leigh Town Lockdown Challenge · 9 November 2020

HARP is Southend's homelessness charity. We provide housing, advice and practical, wrap-around support to over 1,000 people each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Working with our community, we help people find safety and a stable future.

Story

From Monday 9 November to 7 December, Leigh Town Sunday Reserves will be running the length of the UK (1407km) to raise funds for HARP.

HARP, Southend's homeless charity, helps local people overcome homeless for good. They provide access to accommodation, support and educational, confidence boosting activities to give local homeless people the best chance of leaving the streets behind. On average, they assist over 1,000 people every year who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. With fundraising events being cancelled due to the pandemic, they can do with all the support they can get to continue the fantastic work they do so please consider donating or sharing!

Thanks,

Leigh Town Sunday Reserves
