Story

If you ever want to really smile, take a look at the Cyclists Fighting Cancer Instagram feed (@cyclistsfightingcancer). When they provide a bike, to a family which has been struggling with a sick child, the smiles on faces are infectious. Big, beaming, genuine smiles. It never fails to make you feel good about the power of giving, even in the face of the toughest challenges.

Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (@lowtrafficltd) has gathered a peloton of enthusiastic riders to take on the RideLondon this year. Some of us are enthusiastic because we love cycling already, others are just victims of FOMO who will be smashing it on the day anyway. Take a look at the CFC pages, imagine our struggling faces, and if that's not worth a fiver we don't know what is.

Thank you.

A message from CFC:

Every year in the UK approximately 2,400 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer and we are passionate about helping all of these families along this difficult journey.Every penny of your donation will go directly to helping kids with cancer by providing them with new bikes and specially adapted trikes which help them to regain their physical fitness, strength, mental wellness and reduce their social isolation after months of cancer treatment. Since the charity began in 2005 we have helped over 8,000 children in their rehabilitation, to get outside, get active and have some much needed fun!
