Mental health has never been more important. The additional challenges faced by us all over the past year has impacted many across the UK and around the world. 

Did you know: 

•  1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any given year. 
• Depression is now the leading cause of health problems in the world. Affecting over 300 million people globally. 
• Every 2 hours someone in England and Wales took their own life in 2015. 

For every £1000 we raise, could enable:

• Mind to answer 198 telephone calls offering clarity and support to someone who needs it most. 
• 5 people with depression or anxiety to take part in a course of individual or group therapy sessions
• One full year of mental health assemblies, supporting the wellbeing of a whole school of children.
