I'm fundraising for Sue Ryder's Palliative, Neurological and Bereavement support by taking on the December Daily Dash where I'll walk, jog or run 5km/3m every day through December (yes, even Christmas Day!!)

This charity is one that I believe in because it supports people who are dying or bereaved and our family have been through both of these things this past year.

Last year Mum did the challenge and this year I am taking it on! If you fancy running with me one day please let me know, I'll need lots of company... :-)
