Hi there, this year I am running once again in the 10k Great Manchester Run.  This time I am running in support of the Alzeihmer's Society. A few years ago, in fact, my grandpa passed away after suffering of Alzeihmer for the last four or five years  of his life. This disease does not have a start date and it comes slowly and unexpectedly but hurts as much as many other . Seeing my grandpa slowly forgetting who is family was and the great man he had been all through his life was devastating for me and the rest of my family. By the end, he was unable to carry on very easy daily task. Yet, he never lost his witty smile and sense of humour and it is for him that I accepted this challenge this year. There is still no cure for Alzeihmer at this point but researches are always going on so please, help me support this cause x
