Challenge for St Teresa's School

Luciana's Challenge for St Teresa School · 1 December 2020
Hello,
Thank you for your valuable time for visiting my page. This year our son Vittorio started reception at St Teresa's school in Wokingham. He returns home every day so happy, sometimes because of the teachers, the friends he made or just the school in general. This year has been a difficult year to us all due to many changes that we have all had to adjust to. With this in mind I have set myself a personal goal to help the good work the teachers and the school have done with our kids. Their dedication really shines through and i am sure many parents would agree with this. They do give us a lot of weekend work but I am pro a good work ethic and this starting from a young age. As someone who works in the Children's Mental Health Service I understand how much support schools need in order to carry out their work. They don't get everything paid for hence the School Association work on fundraising, which has been impacted greatly this year. I have committed to run for approximately 8 Kilometres-3 days a week and I hope to end this challenge on 20th December. Starting on 27th November. I invite you to support this effort by offering to donate or to join me if you can. If you choose to do so, I am.planning to run Friday, Saturday, Sunday at 6am (Just before the kids wake up). I also hope you will agree it's humbling to note the small financial commitment it takes from each of us to effect change in the world. Finally my heartfelt thank you for donating.
Ps. I will be updating the page with videos and pics.
