Santa and his mischievous elves arrive at Linlithgow · 5 December 2020

Linlithgow Union Canal Society are the longest established canal charity on the Union Canal. We operate a fleet of 9 boats, ranging from our maintenance work boat, self-drive day boats and two 40 seater cruisers. Run 100% by volunteers, we have Scotland's only canal museum, and our tea room.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, this year Linlithgow Union Canal Society was unable to hold the ever-popular Santa’s Grotto and Boat Trips at Manse Road Basin.   (Aw!)

However, LUCS members and volunteers still wished to make their annual Christmas contribution to the families and children of the Linlithgow & West Lothian communities, and have produced this video,  “Santa (and his Mischievous Elves) arriving in Linlithgow”, to help raise funds for two very special local children’s and young persons’ charities – LYPP of Linlithgow & River Kids based in Livingston.

All donations made will be split equally between these two deserving causes.

Now, if you have not yet viewed the video, sit back, and enjoy the antics of Santa (and his mischievous elves)
