We have gone from couch to five k to the enormous mental and physical challenge of a half marathon, but what a first half to do the GNR!!! Running has got us through a pandemic both personally and professional (getting us through) but most importantly we have found a brilliant friendship within each other. 

Anything no matter how small appreciated if you’ve got a spare couple of quid  For the Sheffield hospitals charity 🙌🏻
