A yellow day for Richard and Maggies 💛
At nursery on the 22 nd June we will be holding a 🌻yellow day 🌻 where you are invited to join in, in any way you would like, at your work and in your own home. A yellow hair band, yellow socks, yellow T-shirt and so on. We will be decorating biscuits and cakes and doing lots of arts and crafts throughout the nursery . We will be having a cake and treat stall on the afternoon and you are invited to purchase some lovely goodies. We are also having a raffle and raffle tickets are available to purchase, I hope you win some good prizes! Raffle tickets are £2 a strip and I have some fantastic prizes.
This is in memory of my big brother whom sadly passed away on the 26 th June 2017 at the age of 33. Richard was diagnosed with Metastic Sarcoma in may 2016 and had chemo and radiotherapy treatments and serious at the Freeman hospital. His safe haven being Maggies where he went in between appointments and to get some rest. They adored him so much. They have also been fantastic with myself and my family and offered us great bereavement counselling which I found very good. All money donated by just giving or envelopes will go directly to Maggies at the Freeman hospital.
Thank you all for your continued support 🌻🌻
