Pamela Moffat was diagnosed with Bowel cancer in December 2011. Grandma sadly passed away on the 15th of March 2012.

Throughout the four months of Grandma's illness there was so much heartbreak. Watching Grandma deteriorate, the pain. We want to raise money for our chosen charity in memory of our beautiful Grandma. This is our way of saying thank you. Thank you for your support, kindness and taking the pain away.
