The iconic Yeovil Abseil Challenge is a 100ft abseil down the Yeovil Hospital building to help raise funds for Yeovil hospital.

Story

I am taking on the 100ft Yeovil Abseil challenge to raise money for Yeovil Hospital Charity.

As many of you will know, our Son, Jacob, has been in and out of Yeovil Hospital since he was born. At 4 months old Jacob was diagnosed with infantile epilepsy due to being born with a brain abnormality - which has come with multiple other challenges. During Jacob's admissions to Yeovil Hospital our family have received fantastic care from everyone in the paediatrics team, and we have continued to, as Jacob remains under their care. They have been more than medical professionals for our family and we can not thank them enough for being with us through the good days and the bad.

We are challenging ourselves, along with Jacob's Aunty Claire, to an 100ft Abseil down the 10-floor hospital to raise money for the Paediatric department at Yeovil Hospital to help children continue to get the best care possible when they need it the most.
