Story

Hi guys!

I have never ran before and three knee dislocations meant I would never have considered it! However - through fitness at kettlebell classes that I have taken for the past year I have built strength and on occasion I’d ‘try’ run for a few minutes and realised it wasn’t that bad! . Well that’s about to change! Between now and October I am going to train by pushing myself to run s few times a week.

Over the last 8 or so months I have truly suffered from hormonal changes , stress and severe depression which lead me to a mental break down late May. Part of me pushing myself to do this would be a massive challenge and something that not only could help me, but would make amazing memories, raise funds for such an important charity all whilst giving me something to focus on and be proud of.

Any donations would be so gratefully recirved! I’m not used to raising funds for humans! As you all know i run Missing Cats and Strays in Thanet and the Thanet a pug a thon. I have over 4500 followers - imagine if you all donated one pound!!

Thank you for taking the time to read this and please donate!
