This September I will be running 2 Half Marathons!

With training well underway, I will be running the New Forest Half Marathon on the 8th and the Robin Hood Half Marathon on the 29th of September

I am doing this in aid of Stroke Association so please donate to this great cause to help vital research and support!

Different members of my family have been affected by strokes showing a Stroke can affect anyone at any stage of life.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.
