Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Myself, my brother Mark and my daughter Grace would like to raise funds to donate to St Margaret's Hospice. There isn't enough words to describe what an amazing place this is. Our dear Mum who passed away in June received fantastic support over the past 6 months from the hospice team. Starting with home visits and organising anything that was needed to help mum and us as a family. Mum spent three weeks in the hospice in Yeovil for respite. The staff were amazing and we all loved everyone there. When mum was able to leave we all wept as it really felt like a family we were leaving. Mum's final months we're spent in a nursing home to which the hospice nurses still visited and kept in touch, and I could ring them at difficult times. We hope we complete the walk for a beautiful Mum and devoted Granny who never stopped fighting till the end. We all miss you so much xxxx
