Abi has just cycled 973 miles from Lands End to John O Groats in 9 days. With a total of 73 hours 33 minutes ride time, 55,000 feet of climb and over 50,000 calories burnt, it is an amazing achievement!

Lucy and John are running the London Marathon in October in aid of Phab Kids.

Phab brings together disabled and non-disabled people of all ages to make more life together – with exciting and challenging holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young adults. They work hard to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of so many more children, young people and adults with disabilities, to their families and to local communities.
