My grandmother dorothy was a wonderful person. Like so many, for her Alzheimer's was a tragic illness and she died four years after diagnosis although with professional support and that of family and friends she spent much of this time living in maple leaf care  home. In her memory, I am fundraising for The Alzheimer's Society who do such incredible work to support those living with dementia and those who care for them.I want to raise as much as possible between now and 31 July 2019.
