On 15th May 2021 my dad, Nick Kilhams, sadly took his own life. My family have set up a charity in my dad’s name to support mental health within the London insurance industry, so another tragedy like this does not occur again. 

My family and his friends knew nothing of the struggle he had wrestled with for many years prior, and while, once we knew, we tried to move as quickly as we could to get the support he so desperately needed, we were too late.

As the charity has just started I thought I would kick of the fundraising by running the 27 miles in 27 days.
