As if running 10k across natural rugged terrain was not challenging enough, and adventure/obstacle course designed by the Royal Marines was in place to push me to my limits. Running/crawling through mud, wading through dirty icy water chest deep and leaping over hay bales, I managed to complete the challenge in 49 minutes flat! As it is BHF's 50th annivesary this year, I am trying to raise some sponsorship towards the excellent work they do.
