Hi Everyone, 

My self and some of my fellow students are running the Cardiff Half Marathon this October to raise money for the amazing charity Welsh Women's.

Welsh Women's Aid aim prevent violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence across Wales. They deliver a 24 hour, 365 days a years national Live Fear Free Helpline to support those affected in our communities; campaign for effective policies and services; and provide expert training and advice.
