Last year my grandma suddenly passed away from ovarian cancer. It was a shock to everyone in the family as she had little to no symptoms and seemed from the outside to be doing ok. Little did we know this was not the case. 

We’ve decided to take on this half marathon to not only raise money for the cause but to raise awareness of the symptoms that ovarian cancer comes with as for many women may mistake them for other things.
