Thomas's Fund provides Music Therapy in Northants for children (0-19) with life limiting illnesses or a disability, which, due to medical reasons, means they are too ill to attend school for extended periods. The Fund is dedicated to Thomas Smith who died, aged 10, from a life limiting condition.

Story

I'm going to undertake my hardest challenge to date, Ride London 100miles.

I was inspired by Tim when he took part last year, completing in just over 4 hours! I just want to finish it in the allocated time.

The ride takes place on what would have been Harry's 16 th birthday, so I think this will help me around.

My training has now begun, following a couple of 'spills' - riders call falling off a spill!

I'm sure you know my personal link to Thomas's Fund, but for those who don't know, the charity was set up following the death of my son Tom, aged 10, in 2004 from a neurodgenerative disease. His brother Harry also had this disease and died in 2010 aged 12.

Tim has offered to donate any winnings from his cycle races this year to my sponsorship, so hopefully he does well this season!

Please dig deep, we really need your support. Thanks
