Forty Two at 42 (Tink and Me) · 8 March 2014

We aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help, caring for them until their owners or loving new homes can be found, no matter how long it takes. We are champions for, and supporters of, vulnerable dogs and cats, determined to create lasting changes for animals in our society.

Story

On 8/3/14 I plan to run home from Haywards Heath. My little labrador Bo will keep me company for some of the way because we love to run together. I feel blessed to have this beautiful countryside on my doorstep and wish to see the 42 kilometres (26 miles) of it that I normally miss when I'm in the car.

My dogs mean everything to me and I would do anything in my power to keep them happy and healthy so knowing that there are people, like the staff at Battersea Dogs and Cats home, who have the same compassion for our dogs and cats fills me with utter adoration.

So there we are, I always want to do more and now I can. You can too. How much is 'well done' or 'thank you for what you do' worth? Whether it's me, Tink or my cause you believe in, thank you for your support which is actually priceless to me.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
