Hi All, 

I had originally planned to run the ASICS race on Sunday 10th July in London to raise money for Village Africa. Due to some recent health issues I've had to change my plans. My new plan is to do a 10k walk/slow run around University Parks in Oxford on Sunday 17th July. To make up for the fact that I can't run my race, I plan to do it in some ridiculous fancy dress! Look out for pictures of my crazy outfit after the walk after the event!

Village Africa is a charity which support the health and education of people living in remote areas of Tanzania and they really need our help. Any funds raised from this event will go towards things like essential medical supplies and school equipment. I have seen first hand the good work this charity does for people who need it.
