On the 7th of August, I, along with my brother and father will be completing the Mudnificent 7 to raise funds in memory of my beautiful mother (‘T’, Teresa Wallbank) who sadly lost her short and brave battle with cancer in January 2021. 

LOROS is a charity that is close to all of our hearts for a personal reason. It is an amazing charity that took great care of my mum in her final weeks,  a place were she felt happy and comfortable and most of all, safe. I’d like to personally thank all the staff at the hospice for their work and unconditional support. 

Any donation no matter how small is very much appreciated and will go along way to help other families going through similar situations of loved ones suffering from terminal illnesses.

At LOROS we strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers. Our Mud runners are aiming to raise over £15,000 in order to support the hospice. The funds will help us to run our 31-bed inpatient ward and facilitate our nurse led Day Therapy Unit. The Mudnificent 7 is a unique event and summer festival. Theres an amazing course designed by 7 different event companies.
