Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Against my better judgement, Stu and I are running the Asics 10k in London on 6th July.  Obviously this has its selfish motivations (pre-wedding get fit campaign), but I also really want to run it for the British Heart Foundation.  My family has been affected by heart disease and BHF do some great work through research, education and support to save lives.

I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me, it will make a massive difference to me as I limp (and Stu, no doubt, springs) over the finish line!
