Hello, Lucy here, 

On Friday I'm walking the Martlets 13 mile Midnight walk in memory of my friend Eira who died last year. 

The walk is in aid of Martlets Hospice which is an extraordinary place where Eira and her family were supported and cared for in the last few weeks of Eira's life. Eira was an incredible human being, a truly unique and wonderful person, I am among many people who loved and miss her. 

Please donate to Martlets Hospice, they do really important work - and I promise to stomp proudly... and maybe throw a cartwheel at the end!
