The Manx Stroke Foundation is an Isle of Man registered charity formed in 1997 by a small group of health professionals who recognised the need for a support group for those affected by stroke. The overall aim of the Foundation is to help and support people after stroke. We identify new initiatives in stroke care and campaign to improve stroke services on the Isle of Man. We are also dedicated to raising awareness of stroke and its risk factors so that strokes can be prevented.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided to mark my 40th birthday this year by taking part in the 40th London Marathon! I will be running (now virtually) with my brother, Henry, and together we are hoping to raise lots of money for two charities, the Manx Stroke Foundation and Farm Africa. Henry will be running in London and has set up a separate fundraising page for Farm Africa, and I am running in the Isle of Man, raising money here for the Manx Stroke Foundation.

We would be extremely grateful for any donations, and look forward to taking part in this amazing event!
