Hey Flow friends!
If you are reading this hopefully you have just completed a live class with me- so we’ll done!
I have been teaching online classes twice a week now since the start of lockdown and I hope you are all enjoying them! I have created a small but lovely community that turn up once or twice a week to practice a yoga/Pilates flow with me. In these challenging and changing times it’s nice to forget about it all for a second- Stretch, strengthen flow and breathe!
Now I don’t ask for or need any money for these classes but there are plenty of charity’s at this time ( and always) that could do with the cash.
I lost two friends to suicide last year- and that Is just two ,too many. People’s mental health is more important than anything and this must be something we continue to address, especially at a time like this when people feel more anxious and lives and jobs are a little less stable.
I’m asking for a small donation- anything you can to go to Mind- A local based mental health charity in Bristol.
