I’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in memory of my brother Michael, and in support of The Compassionate Friends (TCF). Since losing Michael in a tragic accident in 2021, TCF has been an incredible source of comfort and support for my parents and me throughout our grief journey.

They provide invaluable help to bereaved parents and siblings, and I honestly don’t know where we’d be without their support.
