I'm running the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1 October to raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart. Sadly, most families have been, or will be, effected by Alzheimers at some point in their lives. Those who have will understand how heartbreaking it is to watch your loved ones deteriate. With the fundraising, Alzheimers Society can put more money into research projects that can help to care for those with dementia, understand causes and work towards a cure.
