My name is Lucy Barrett, I’m 14 years old and I’m raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. I sadly lost my grandad to Heart failure 3 years ago. I miss him everyday but I have learnt to remember all the happy memories and focus on helping others.
