I am so lucky to have wonderful, generous friends like this, in 2 days I reached twice my original goal of £240, for that my deepest thanks! 

So here is STRETCH GOAL NUMBER 3 - to raise £1,000, we are only £175 away as I write this (£25 only if you count Gift Aid), having lost another runner in the last week we need this!

I am one of 3 staff at healthtalk.org, we help up to 20,000 people per day, at a time of their choosing, when they want to find out more what it's like to have a health condition such as depression, cancer, diabetes, stroke or a child who self-harms.
